Online Conflict Resolution Platform

Mediation and facilitation are guided, confidential processes where a neutral professional helps everyone feel heard, understood, and supported.
Instead of “fighting it out,” you work together to explore options, clarify priorities, and create practical agreements you can live with.
Resolve conflict on your own terms.
You stay in control of the outcome instead of leaving decisions to a judge or outside authority.
Create a new path forward.
We focus on understanding, dignity, and practical next steps—not blame or “winning.”
Restore communication and respect.
At Resolve It Mediation, everything is virtual.
That means you can join from wherever you are. No commute, no courtroom, and no awkward waiting rooms; just a secure, calm space designed for honest conversation and thoughtful solutions.
With structure, guidance, and emotional safety, it becomes easier to listen, speak your truth, and rebuild trust where possible.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
I am here to listen, guide, and encourage you, so your journey feels lighter and more certain.
From the moment we start, you’ll know there’s a plan. We’ll walk through the process, set clear ground rules, and create space for each person to speak without interruption. We keep the conversation steady and focused and help you move from “stuck” to specific next steps everyone can agree on.
Cost-effective resolution
By working together to design your own agreements, you can often avoid lengthy legal battles, reduce attorney and court costs, and resolve issues sooner.
Empowering over adversarial
You stay involved in the decisions that affect your life. Mediation focuses on collaboration and understanding rather than “winning” or assigning blame.
Easier emotionally
A calm, guided process helps lower the temperature, reduce stress, and create space for honest conversation, especially when emotions are high.

Mediation vs. Facilitation
Facilitation helps prevent conflict by improving communication and alignment early on. It supports productive conversations before issues escalate. If a conflict does arise, mediation provides a structured process to help resolve it.
Online Sessions: Secure, Accessible, Effective
Sessions are held in a secure online environment using encrypted technology. Only invited participants may join, and strict confidentiality is maintained. Meeting virtually allows you to participate from a space where you feel safe and grounded—whether you’re working to prevent conflict or resolve one. Online sessions offer flexibility, breathing room, and a focused space to talk, listen, and move forward together.
MEET YOUR MEDIATOR
Founder. Mediator. Your guide to resolution. Meet Casandra Batdorf.
When conflict feels heavy, Casandra Batdorf brings clear structure and steady guidance. She stays composed under pressure and helps others do the same.

“I love running half-marathons, and I’m a dedicated swimmer and member of the U.S. Masters Swim Team. Time in the pool and on the trail helps me stay grounded, focused and present for the people I work with.”
